  • 10kV overhead lines currently include radial configurations and multi-connection, multi-section arrangements. For sections requiring power outages during maintenance and repairs, temporary power sources are typically employed for supply.

  • Temporary Power Connection Solution for 10kV Overhead Lines, specifically the Rapid Connection Device for Overhead Line Backup Power, can be pre-installed according to line sectioning requirements. When needed, it enables live insertion and removal for power disconnection and reconnection operations. This device meets standard technical requirements for 10kV line equipment.

Product Feature Overview:

  • Manufactured using the APG epoxy casting process, this epoxy exhibits superior resistance to oxidation, ozone, and corrosion, along with excellent electrical insulation properties and corona resistance. Consequently, it demonstrates strong environmental adaptability and a broad range of applications.

  • The quick-connect interface adopts the nationally specified 250A standard Type A connector, offering high versatility;

  • Designed for securing 10kV bypass cable connectors, this high-strength metal connector enables rapid plug-and-play operation. It meets users' emergency power supply needs during outdoor field operations, offering exceptional convenience for on-site construction.

  • Under normal conditions, standard quick-connect insulating caps are used for sealing to ensure safe operation of the line.

  • The housing is constructed of stainless steel.

  • All electrical performance indicators fully comply with the requirements of the national standard GB/T 3906.
