Notice:

  • When the rated current of the motor is greater than 100A, it is necessary to add a protection CT with an overload capacity of 8 times. The CT transformation ratio is □/5A, and "□" indicates the current rated current of the motor and the specification.If the current rated current of the motor is 280A, the protection CT of 300A/5A specification can be selected.

  • Multiple additional functions can be selected at the same time. If you need to choose leakage protection, the function code is S. The data in this table is applicable to 380V motors.

System parameters:

Motor rated voltage: AC 380V or 660V, directly connected to 6NT28M.

Motor rated current: 6NT28M contains a small three-phase CT, the CT primary side input motor rated current can be AC: 0.5A, 1A, 2A, 2A~5A (5A),5A~10A(10A), 10A~25A(25A), 25A~50A(50A), 50A~100A(100A), 100A~250A(250A), 250A~800A(800A),

"Note": 1. The current model of the controller is in the brackets on the right, and the user needs to select the controller of the corresponding current model according to the rated current of the motor used.

2. When the rated current of the motor is greater than 100A, an external protection level CT should be connected, and the secondary side current of the CT should be connected to the controller; the CT transformation ratio can be set in the controller. The external standard CT is selected, and the rated current of the primary side of the CT is recommended to be 3 to 5 times the 

rated current of the motor.

Switch input (passive node): DC or AC 110V/220V.

Relay output: AC 250V/5A; DC 30V/5A.

Functional configuration:

The standard configuration of 6NT28M has protection functions such as start-up timeout, overload, phase failure, grounding/ leakage protection, overcurrent lock-rotor, current unbalance protection, short circuit, etc.

Protection functions such as degree*, under-voltage*, over-voltage*, frequency*, under-power factor*, phase sequence*, and anti-shake power* are optional. For detailed function configuration, please refer to Table 4-1 Function Configuration Table.
