The event commenced in an atmosphere brimming with anticipation. Li Yinghui, President of NATUS Electric Group, delivered the opening welcome speech, reflecting on the company's sixteen-year journey of "Integration and Re-innovation" in the Chinese market since its establishment in Changzhou in 2009. He emphasized that the new industrial park signifies not merely a leap in production capacity, but a strategic cornerstone for NATUS to uphold its values of "Gathering Talent for Strength, Mastering Craftsmanship for Long-term Vision" and to stride towards a new future driven by "Smart Technology and Green Leadership." He stated, "This will be more than just a factory; it will be a forward-looking 'Intelligent R&D and Production Base.' By utilizing technologies like digital twins, we will empower each piece of equipment to become an intelligent node with system-level decision-making capabilities."

In his address, Fang Li, Member of the Standing Committee of the Tianning District Committee and Deputy District Head of Changzhou, extended warm congratulations on the completion and operation of the industrial park. He highlighted that the project, with a total investment of 1 billion RMB, covers a construction area of 165,000 square meters. Upon reaching full capacity, it is projected to achieve an annual sales scale of 2 billion RMB. This project stands as a typical accomplishment of Changzhou's steadfast advancement of its "1028" modern industrial system and Tianning District's focus on advanced manufacturing. "The NATUS project, from commencement to operation, took only one year, nearly half a year ahead of the original schedule. This showcases the perfect integration of 'German Craftsmanship' and 'Chinese Speed,' and will significantly contribute to Changzhou's goal of building itself into a global innovation hub for intelligent power distribution equipment."

The subsequent keynote speech session shifted the focus of the event to in-depth reflections on the future of the industry.

Frank Natus, Chairman of the Board of NATUS Germany: "Inheriting the Family Spirit, Pioneering 'Genetic Upgrading'."

Frank Natus, Chairman of the Board of NATUS GmbH & Co. KG, delivered a heartfelt speech, sharing the nearly 70-year legacy of the family-owned enterprise and its strategic vision for China. He recounted the unwavering commitment to "entrepreneurial spirit" across three generations of the family—from its origins as a small engineering office in Trier, Germany, to the globally present technology enterprise it is today.

"People often ask me why I am so resolutely committed to investing in China," stated Frank Natus. "It's because what we see here is not merely a vast market, but also the most urgent demand for high-quality, sustainable solutions, coupled with a tenacity and dedication that resonates deeply with the NATUS DNA."

He emphasized that the new industrial park is not a mere replication of the German facilities, but rather a "genetic upgrade oriented toward the future." Here, Germany's leading industrial technologies and rigorous standard systems will deeply integrate with China's digital intelligence, advantages in scaled manufacturing, and the nation's grand strategy for green and sustainable development. He announced a three-pillar strategy for development in China, focusing on "Innovation and Intelligence," "Green and Sustainability," and "Cooperation and Shared Success." Additionally, he committed to upgrading the Changzhou base into NATUS Group's Asia-Pacific R&D Center, serving the global market.

Qin Zheng, Vice President of Siemens Energy China: Co-creating a Green, Zero-Carbon Future, Exemplifying "Sino-German Synergy"

In a keynote speech titled "Leading Innovation in Electrical Equipment, Co-creating a Green, Zero-Carbon Future," Qin Zheng, Vice President of Siemens Energy China, shared the company's development vision and spoke highly of its collaboration with NATUS. He reviewed Siemens Energy's journey of becoming an independently operated entity from Siemens AG, its successful listing, and its long-term commitment to building a comprehensive value chain in China.

Mr. Qin Zheng elaborated emphatically on the development marvel of "German Craftsmanship, Chinese Speed" achieved by Siemens Energy Electrical Equipment (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. (SEEL). Starting within the premises of NATUS in 2020, SEEL has achieved continuously record-breaking sales revenue over the past five years, realizing an inspiring leapfrog development. "The success of SEEL perfectly embodies the cooperative spirit of 'Sino-German Synergy, Creating a Shared Future'," he stated.

Looking ahead, he clearly outlined three development pathways for SEEL: "Innovation and Intelligence," which involves providing smarter solutions through the integration of digital technologies; "Green and Sustainable Development," dedicated to promoting "full-chain decarbonization" across the entire value chain; and "Cooperation and Shared Success," which focuses on deepening collaboration with partners like NATUS to build a mutually beneficial energy ecosystem. "We will adopt a more open approach, joining hands with industry leaders to collectively build an intelligent, low-carbon, and win-win energy ecosystem," he stated.

Following the traditional lion dance eye-dotting ceremony, symbolizing "turning stone into gold and ushering in great fortune," a grand inauguration ceremony was held to mark the official launch of the industrial park. Ten distinguished guests, including Jiang Pengju, Vice Mayor of Changzhou; Victor Natus, Director of NATUS; and Tian Hongpeng, General Manager of SEEL at Siemens Energy, jointly activated a luminous column. This gesture officially signified the commencement of the park's operations and marked the beginning of a new chapter in government-enterprise collaboration.

Following the ceremony, the guests proceeded inside the industrial park for an on-site tour. They visited the intelligent warehousing center, the smart assembly center for primary & secondary wiring and terminals, the Hongdao Power intelligent factory, and the NATUS Fangwei intelligent busway factory. From the AGV warehousing system that achieves "logistics digitalization" and 100% inventory accuracy, to the robotic crimping units that overcome the challenges of high-precision processing for large wire diameters; from gas-insulated switchgear production lines that employ robotic laser welding to ensure ultimate airtightness, to the intelligent busway design platform that realizes a digital closed loop of "design equals production"—the guests gained a close-up experience of NATUS's formidable strength and innovative dynamism in the realms of intelligent manufacturing and digitalization.
