On November 15, 2025, NATUS held a grand celebration themed "Smart Factory, Brilliant Launch" at its new smart park. Company leaders, all employees, sister companies, partners, and client friends gathered together to witness this milestone moment, marking the official entry of the enterprise into a new phase of intelligent and conglomerate development.

At the event, Mr. Li Yinghui, CEO of NATUS Electric, reviewed the company's 30-year development journey: from the initial entry of German NATUS products into China in 1995, to the official establishment of NATUS in Changzhou in 2009, and now to the operational launch of the NATUS super factory. Through sixteen years of relentless effort, NATUS has progressively expanded its product lines—from low to medium voltage, from component subcontracting to complete equipment, and now to the deployment of intelligent energy management systems. Its business now spans high-end manufacturing sectors such as power grids, semiconductors, and data centers, with participation in major international projects in Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, and beyond. This evolution marks a strategic transition from "German craftsmanship, rooted in China" to "originating from Germany, deepening presence in China, and expanding globally."
