On May 7, 2025, Mr. Frank Natus, Executive Partner of Natus GmbH & Co. KG and Chairman of NATUS (Changzhou) Electric Systems Co., Ltd., made a special trip from Germany to Changzhou, China. He conducted an on-site inspection of the latest progress and implementation of plans for the NATUS Intelligent Power Distribution R&D and Production Base, while engaging in in-depth exchanges and sharing breakthroughs in technological R&D between the Chinese and German teams.

Mr. Natus conducted an in-depth inspection of the construction site at the NATUS Intelligent Power Distribution R&D and Production Base. He was accompanied by senior executives including Mr. Li Yinghui, Executive Director and President of NATUS (Changzhou) Electric Systems Co., Ltd.; Mr. Li Yueming, Vice Chairman; Mr. Hong Nianpeng, Senior Vice President and Operations Center General Manager; and Mr. Xiao Liang, Vice President and Technology Center General Manager. During the visit, Mr. Xiao Liang provided a detailed overview of the project's construction progress and quality standards, emphasizing that the new factory will fully adopt cutting-edge digital and intelligent technologies to establish a highly efficient and smart modern manufacturing system.

Mr. Xiao Liang further emphasized that while driving technological innovation, NATUS places high importance on optimizing employee experience and the work environment.
