 On December 2, 2024, the parent company NATUS (Changzhou) Electric Systems Co., Ltd. held its Third Term Fifth Board of Directors meeting.

On December 3, 2024, NATUS’ invested subsidiary Changzhou Hongdao Electric Technology Co., Ltd. convened its First Term Second Board of Directors meeting.

Senior management presented detailed reports on various business indicators and work plans. Mr. Li Yinghui, Executive Director and President of NATUS (Changzhou) Electric Systems Co., Ltd., provided comprehensive insights into the company's business development and strategic planning. Mr. Frank Natus, Executive Partner of Natus GmbH & Co. KG and Chairman of NATUS (Changzhou) Electric Systems Co., Ltd., attended the meetings in person and made crucial decisions. He not only offered in-depth analysis of both companies' operational performance but also outlined clear strategic directions for future development. Mr. Frank Natus emphasized the importance of deepened communication and collaborative synergy between the Chinese and German management teams, with the shared goal of advancing the global expansion of the NATUS brand.



On-site Inspection of Intelligent Power Distribution R&D Base Construction Progress

Mr. Natus' first stop during this visit was the under-construction NATUS Intelligent Power Distribution R&D and Production Base in Changzhou. Mr. Yin Yunfeng, Chairman of the contractor Changjia Construction Group, personally welcomed him on site. During the site inspection, Mr. Natus received a detailed update on key aspects of the project, including construction progress, quality control, and safety measures. He expressed great satisfaction with the rigorous approach and efficient execution demonstrated by the NATUS (Changzhou) project team and pledged strong continued support for the project's subsequent development phases.

Production Line Inspection: Quality and Craftsmanship Recognized

Accompanied by NATUS leadership including Executive Director and President Mr. Li Yinghui, Vice Chairman Mr. Li Yueming, VP and Financial Center General Manager Mr. Hong Nianpeng, VP and Operations Center General Manager Mr. Lu Jiang, VP and Technology Center General Manager Mr. Xiao Liang, and Changzhou Hongdao Electric Power Technology Co., LTD General Manager Mr. Shen Wei, Mr. Natus toured the production facilities of both NATUS (Changzhou) Electric Systems Co., Ltd. and Changzhou Hongdao Electric Technology Co., Ltd.

He highly commended the exceptional product quality standards, rigorous quality control systems, and efficient production line operations observed during the inspection. Mr. Natus particularly expressed strong interest upon reviewing the 40.5KV gas-insulated C-GIS equipment, acknowledging and appreciating the work of frontline staff.

Mr. Frank Natus emphasized his commitment to introducing more advanced German technologies to China, aiming to elevate NATUS product manufacturing quality in China to new heights.

Successful Board Meeting Concluded, Charting Future Vision

During the board meeting, Mr. Natus received comprehensive operational reports from NATUS (China) management regarding the company's performance in 2024. The presentations included detailed data analysis and in-depth discussions on effective strategies to enhance sales revenue and profit margins. Furthermore, the board conducted thorough deliberations on NATUS (China)'s five-year business plan, with specific focus on strategic initiatives including diversified product application development, brand enhancement, new product research and development, and global market expansion.

The five-year strategic plan is designed to establish a development model driven by market demand, supported by flexible production capabilities, and centered on technological innovation. The company has set a clear target to achieve over 2 billion RMB in sales revenue by 2029. Through this medium-to-long-term strategy, NATUS (China) is committed to delivering uniquely crafted high-quality products and solutions to its customers, while continuously advancing the globalization of the NATUS brand.
