On November 18-19 in late autumn, our company organized the second batch of management to participate in the "replicable sales iron army practical training camp" held at the location of Alibaba Group in Binjiang District, Hangzhou. The theme of this event is "Creating a one-stop solution for high growth sales teams", which focuses on the practical application of 10 major areas such as enterprise management, talent recruitment, team motivation, and corporate culture. The participants include: Shao Shuguang, Qiu Dianbao, Zhang Liyong, Jiang Jianqiang, Wang Ying, Luo Shuangxiang, Wu Xiaoda, and Zhang Jian.

1. The three core layers of corporate team culture construction, management layer, institutional layer, and behavioral perception layer, are crucial for enterprises. 2. NASA's Law for Setting Goals, which is a great set of rules that involves analyzing numbers, developing strategies, leading to action plans, first quantitatively decomposing them, then conducting structured quantitative analysis, and then focusing on strategies to develop action plans to achieve annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly goals. It is a highly efficient set of rules.

Today, I continued to listen to Teacher Yan's words and deeds, and a large number of practical cases left a particularly deep impression on me:
1. Fairness and impartiality in the process of retaining and helping others, attention to details, doing everything that needs to be done, or not doing it at all. Doing it to a single person can easily cause a psychological gap and injustice in others. I didn't pay much attention to it, but it can be implemented immediately
2. The company culture is the culture of the company's boss, and I deeply agree with it. The policy makers and decision-makers are usually bosses, and if the boss abides by them, the corporate culture will be far from preserved. A good corporate culture can make up for the shortcomings of the system and promote the improvement of productivity.
3. The NASA principle of goals is very rewarding. It requires analysis of goals rather than goal decomposition, and strategy is not just a strategy, but also goal decomposition. It clarifies, deepens, and corrects the deep understanding of goals.

Today's experience: 1. Cultural cultivation is not an individual's task, but a top-down line. The team will follow the example of the leader, lead by example, and pay attention to daily infiltration of "correctness". 2. Establish an entertainment culture to alleviate the pressure from the target. 3. The assessment criteria are clear and explicit, and 4. Establish the concept that employees are also customers.

For this training, as the theme is' replicable sales iron army combat camp ', I came with a mindset of following the crowd at the beginning. Anyway, the company paid for it and I just came to visit for two days. But as the course progressed, I gradually began to make changes and found that many theories were also very applicable to our non sales department, mainly reflected in two aspects:
1. In terms of team building: how to build a team, how to select people to achieve twice the result with half the effort - using fake to cultivate truth (this term is widely used); 2. How to establish goals, set goals, and "sell" goals for the team; Learned NASA rules; In short, we need to apply the training content well to our work practice, in order to contribute to the development of the company
The improvement of personal abilities lays a solid foundation, and I hope that Teacher Yan's classes can continue to improve, so as to help more enterprises develop better.
