Recently, NATUS Electric has successfully secured the low-voltage equipment supply contract for the New Energy Soft Magnetic Materials Project of ArcelorMittal Jinxi New Materials (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. Project Background: National-Level Strategic New Materials Project

ArcelorMittal Jinxi New Materials (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. is a joint venture founded by global steel giant ArcelorMittal and China Oriental Group. Located in Changzhou Binjiang Economic Development Zone, the New Energy Soft Magnetic Materials Project is designated as a major foreign-invested project of Jiangsu Province and one of the largest single-investment foreign industrial projects in Changzhou. It is positioned as a world-leading 4.0 intelligent green benchmark plant for new energy soft magnetic materials.

The project focuses on the R&D and production of high-end non-oriented silicon steel and new energy soft magnetic materials. These products are widely applied in new energy vehicles, wind power, high-efficiency motors, and intelligent manufacturing equipment, and play a strategically vital role in securing the domestic supply of critical materials for China’s new energy industrial chain.
